Etrish Horebe is the owner and Chef for Haitian House Catering. He began his career at an early age starting with his very famous Haitian Shrimp and Grits delicacy using a unique blend of Haitian grown ingredients full of herb and spices unequaled in the Delaware Valley. Etrish is a natural at cooking, living by the mantra of "creating something unique, colorful and wonderful out of nothing". Following that mantra combined with extensive didactic culinary studies with other renown chefs Etrish crafted many more unique Haitian fusion style dishes to the delight of his friends, and family. His menu expanded to include new and unique savory vegan dishes. 

Eventually Etrish earned reputation from professional circles by free-lance catering to small and large events throughout the tri-state area and most recently a Miami Florida Trade Show featuring his Caribbean delicacies. Embolden to realize his childhood, and driven with a strong sense of purpose Etrish launched Haitian House Catering in late 2020. His goal: to deliver a true Haitian restaurant dining experience in the homes and businesses of the greater Philadelphia and Delaware Valley ares. Since then, Etrish has continued to refine his craft for Haitian House and flexes his muscles in both savory caribbean cusines and infused deserts. Etrish passion for Haitian cuisine makes his dishes that much more delicious and an experience to behold.
